The entire system and its intellectual property rights are held by Mr. Jeff Thomas, the founder and soul of the company. It is now maintained and operated by his team of enthusiastic youngsters from Idukki district, in Kerala. We are the the first and only online auction system where the goods are sold based on market value and is completely driven by the collected data and images rather than physical presence.

We leverage the most efficient and practical method of cardamom trading compared to the traditional methods. Our founder, Mr. Jeff Thomas holds the intellectual property protection for the color card and profile data formats. He has identified 2160 colors and this was further compressed to 48 colors in 8 segments. They are now classified in 4 different segments namely, Fancy Green, Standard Green, Average Green and Below Average Green. The color cards can be checked out at our office.
Samples are scientifically analyzed and reports are generated in a simple format. We make sure that the value and market opportunity is presented to both buyer and seller.
The lots of sellers are first brought to our pooling depots where we first blend the goods thoroughly to make it uniform. From the uniformly blended mix, we take 300-310 grams of sample from the bag. This sample is then taken for profile mapping by our QA team and added to the system.

We are responsible for maintaining free and fair trade practices. We sell the goods only after getting confirmation from the sellers. We are responsible for the goods that are sold through our platform.
The lots in our auctions are sold in a completely data driven manner as each lot is bought and/or bid for, by the buyer, onlt based on the profile mapping along with the images taken by our QA team.
We conduct auctions twice a week, every Saturday and Wednesday. So buyers get to choose from fresh goods, and sellers get the opportunity to sell their goods twice a week.
We take pride in the fact that we are the fastest payment processing auctioneer in Kerala. We settle all our payments within 2 working days (bank).
The sellers needs to get their goods to our pooling depots. The location and contact details are given in the contact us page.
Once you get your goods into our depot, we will blend the goods thoroughly so as to make it uniform. We prefer small lot size to the tune of 200-250 kgs or less. But if the seller insist, we will make the lot size upto 400 kgs max.
From the uniformly blended goods, we take 300-310 gms of sample, from the goods. The rest of the goods are packed and sealed in the gunny bags with insulated plastic cover inside. The goods are assigned with a unique lot number under the upcoming auction. The sellers needs to provide their full name, Address, Bank details and contact detail while pooling cardamom. The seller will be provided with a stock acknowledgement receipt. The sellers can view the quality and quantity of the goods in our mobile application.
If the seller is having any queries regarding the quality and quantity specified, they need to communicate the same to us on or before 8 hours from the time of auction. Late queries will not be entertained.
1. We are responsible for the profile data. Any defects in the profile data will be repaid with the processing fee and sample coast to the seller, if the difference is recorded more than 10%.
2. The buyer and seller can physically verify the samples at our office.
3. We are readily available to redo the profile mapping if the seller/buyer asks for it. The re mapping will be free of cost.
4. The key sample will be kept for us up to 4 days after the sales for the future reference.
